Who we are
Two decades of packaging lines, commissioned and kept running.
Established in 2004 as AVI International Packaging Co. and trading today as AVI Innovative Pack Solutions. We combine in-house manufacturing at our New Delhi works with an established supply base in China and Taiwan, engineering every machine to the customer's product, throughput and plant layout.
Very little of what we sell is bought off a shelf. A shrink tunnel for a dairy multipack and one for an auto-parts line share a name and almost nothing else — so we specify against your product, then build or adapt to suit. Whichever way it is built, the machine ships under our Insta Pack brand.

Steel and controls
CNC cut and bent in mild or stainless steel with SS 304 food-grade contact parts, driven by PLC control, branded drives and touch-screen HMI.
Full line integration
Web sealer to tunnel to strapping to pallet wrap — supplied as a matched line rather than machines you have to marry up.
Spares and consumables
PP strap, shrink film, foil and wear parts supplied alongside the machines, so a line never stops for a consumable.
Commissioned on site
Installation, operator training and run-in with your own product — not a crate left at the gate.
