Forms flat carton blanks into square boxes and tapes the bottom in one pass, feeding ready cartons straight to your packing line.
Overview
The automatic carton erector picks flat corrugated blanks from its magazine with vacuum suction cups, opens them square, folds the bottom flaps and seals them with tape in one continuous cycle. Carton size changeover is done with simple mechanical adjustments, and an HMI touch panel runs the cycle and shows faults. It replaces the manual box-forming station at the start of an end-of-line packing setup and pairs directly with a carton sealer further down the line, so cartons are formed, filled and closed without hand taping.
- Erects 8–13 cartons a minute from flat blanks
- Vacuum suction pick-up with automatic bottom flap folding
- Takes cartons from 250 × 170 × 110 mm up to 570 × 380 × 500 mm
- Bottom sealing with 50 mm or 75 mm tape
- HMI touch panel; hot-melt glue or stapler option
Large-magazine version holds 75–100 blanks and takes cartons down to 90 mm high.
