Any tunnel, chamber, sealing or conveyor size fabricated to end-user specification. Most custom sizes are delivered within 15 to 20 days, built in mild or stainless steel to the grade your application needs.
Web sealer to shrink tunnel to carton sealer to strapping to pallet wrap, supplied as one matched line with the transfer conveyors and special purpose machines that connect them.
Machines are installed on your floor, run-tested with your own product and film, and handed over to operators we have trained — not crated and left at the gate.
On-site part replacement warranty backed by regular follow-up. We hold spares for the platforms we supply so a failed wear part does not become a week of downtime.
PP strap, shrink film, aluminium induction foil, sealing elements, Teflon and blades supplied alongside the machines and matched to the platform, so sourcing is not a separate project.
Where a platform is better bought than built, we source it from established manufacturers in China and Taiwan and handle the import, then adapt it here to your voltage, product and line before it reaches your floor.
