Pneumatic random carton sealer that adjusts itself to each carton's size, taping mixed sizes top and bottom without manual changeover.
Overview
Cartons of different sizes can be fed one after another. As each box enters, the pneumatically operated top and side belts adjust automatically to its height and width, then carry it through the taping heads to seal top and bottom. With no hand adjustment between boxes, it suits mixed-size dispatch in e-commerce, logistics, electronics (including large LED TV cartons) and multi-product warehouses. PLC control, AC motors and 60–76 mm tape heads handle cartons from 180 to 500 mm high.
