Flap folding carton sealer combined with an automatic strapping machine, closing, taping and strapping each carton in one line.
Overview
The filled carton enters the flap folding sealer, which closes the top flaps automatically and tapes top and bottom, then moves straight on to an automatic strapping machine that straps it for extra strength, all without the operator handling the box between stages. The combination suits heavy cartons and export packing in food, FMCG, pharmaceuticals, appliances and industrial goods, wherever both taping and strapping are required, and it replaces two manual stations at the end of the line.
