Flap Folding Carton Sealer
Automatic flap folding carton sealer that closes the top flaps and tapes top and bottom, with no operator needed to close the box.
Overview
The filled carton enters with its top flaps open; the machine folds the front, rear and side flaps down automatically, then side belts carry it through the taping heads to seal top and bottom in one pass. Pneumatics and PLC control handle the folding, and the machine adjusts to cartons from 150 to 500 mm wide and 130 to 500 mm high. Taking out the hand-folding step makes it the machine for continuous end-of-line packing in food, FMCG, pharmaceuticals and e-commerce.
