Overview
A top-film horizontal flow wrapper for products that hold their shape: biscuits, wafers, chocolate and cereal bars, cakes and buns, soaps, and medical or hardware items. Product is pushed along the infeed chain into a forming box, sealed with a long fin seal, then cross-sealed and cut, with photo-eye registration keeping printed film centred on every pack. Five film widths cover packs from small bars up to wide trays, and the machine runs common laminates including OPP/CPP, PT/PE and AL/PE.
