Vacuum packer that forms rice, grains, tea and coffee into hard, brick-shaped packs that stack neatly and keep fresh through long storage.
Overview
Rice, pulses, tea, coffee and powders are packed in pouches and vacuumed into hard, rectangular bricks that stack neatly, resist insects and moisture and stay fresh through long storage and export. In the vertical version the pouches stand upright in the chamber, so loose grains stay settled while the air is drawn out, and 800 mm sealing bars close several packs at once; a horizontal chamber version packs rice bricks laid flat. Built in stainless steel with a 20 m³/h vacuum pump and overload protection, it suits rice mills, grain and pulse packers, tea and coffee brands and powder producers.
