Weighs every carton, pouch or bottle on a moving belt and rejects anything outside your tolerance, without slowing the line.
Overview
An in-line checkweigher for the end of a filling or packing line. Each product is weighed on the move, compared with the target and tolerance stored for that recipe, and pushed off the line if it is under or over weight. A colour touch screen shows live weights, counts and reject totals, and production data exports over USB for QC records. The stainless steel 304 frame suits food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic plants, and the weighing section can be sized to your product.
