Heavy-duty in-line checkweigher for cartons and cases, rejecting under- and over-weight packs automatically at the end of the line.
Overview
Built for cases, cartons and sacks that a standard checkweigher cannot take. The large weighing section and painted carbon-steel frame handle products up to 700 mm square, weighed on the move and rejected automatically when out of tolerance. Recipes, live weights and reject counts are managed from a touch screen, and data exports over USB for traceability. Typical uses are end-of-line carton checks in food, FMCG, chemicals and e-commerce fulfilment, where a missing unit inside a case shows up as a weight difference.
