Flexible Roller Conveyor
Powered flexible roller conveyor that stretches, shortens and curves to follow your dispatch route, for loading cartons on and off trucks.
Overview
Sections of driven rollers on a scissor-type frame expand, contract and bend, so the conveyor can be pulled out to reach a truck, pushed back when it is not needed, or curved around a corner of the dock. Each 2 m section has its own motor driving the rollers through multi-ribbed belts, with variable speed and forward or reverse running, and the frame stands on braked castors so it can be moved and locked anywhere. Roller widths from 500 to 1200 mm handle cartons, cases and parcels in warehouses, e-commerce fulfilment, courier hubs and factory dispatch.
