Automatic Induction Foil Sealer
Continuous air-cooled induction cap sealer that bonds a foil liner to plastic bottle and jar mouths as they pass under the head.
Overview
Bottles are capped with a foil-lined cap as usual and passed on the conveyor under the induction head. The electromagnetic field heats the aluminium foil inside the cap and melts its polymer layer onto the container rim, forming a hermetic, tamper-evident seal without touching the bottle. It seals caps from 20 to 130 mm in diameter on bottles 40 to 300 mm tall at conveyor speeds up to 12 m/min, and air cooling means no water chiller is needed. It is used for pharmaceuticals, edible oils, ghee, honey, pesticides, lubricants and cosmetics.
