Handheld induction cap sealer for small batches, sealing foil liners onto plastic bottles and jars of any height.
Overview
The operator places the handheld head over the capped bottle; the electromagnetic field heats the foil liner inside the cap and bonds it to the container mouth in moments, giving a leak-proof, moisture-proof, tamper-evident seal. With no conveyor involved, it works on containers of any height, which suits small producers, laboratories and short runs. Three models seal cap diameters from 20 to 100 mm at up to 25 containers a minute, for pharmaceuticals, food, cosmetics, agrochemicals and lubricants.
