Automatic L Sealer
Fully automatic pneumatic L-bar sealer that seals and cuts POF shrink film around each product in one stroke, ready for the shrink tunnel.
Overview
Products are placed on the infeed, wrapped in centre-folded POF film from the film cradle and carried under the L-shaped sealing frame, which a pneumatic cylinder brings down to seal and cut the film on two sides in a single stroke. The Teflon-coated, heat-resistant alloy blade gives clean seals and is easy to keep clean, stainless steel heating tubes hold the temperature, and film width and pack size are adjusted to the product. Sealed packs move straight on to a shrink tunnel. It is used for boxes, books and stationery, cosmetics, pharmaceutical cartons, ceramics, toys and food packs.
