Automatic PLC Touch Screen L Sealer
PLC and touch-screen automatic L sealer that feeds, seals and cuts POF film around each product, with sensors that place the seal to the pack.
Overview
The PLC version of the automatic L sealer adds touch-screen control and horizontal and vertical photo sensors that read each product, so the seal lands in the right place without resetting the machine between products. Film is fed precisely from the centre-folded roll, perforators at the film cradle let trapped air escape for a smooth shrink, and the Teflon-coated alloy blade seals and cuts uniformly in one stroke. It runs continuously ahead of a shrink tunnel on lines packing cartons, books, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals and household goods.
