Heavy-duty automatic L sealer and shrink tunnel combination with PLC control, for continuous shrink wrapping of larger packs.
Overview
A complete shrink wrapping line in one: the PLC-controlled automatic L sealer wraps, seals and cuts POF film around each product, and the matching shrink tunnel shrinks it tight as the pack leaves the sealer. The heavy-duty frame takes a 650 × 600 mm sealing frame and a 550 mm conveyor, horizontal and vertical sensors set the seal to each product, and perforators at the film cradle let air escape for a smooth finish. Branded PLC, sensors and pneumatics keep it running shift after shift on lines packing cartons, appliances, books, cosmetics and food products.
