High-speed PLC automatic L sealer and shrink tunnel line for up to 40 packs a minute of POF shrink wrapping.
Overview
The high-speed version of the L sealer and tunnel combination, built for lines that need up to 40 packs a minute. A PLC controls film feed, sealing and cutting, horizontal and vertical sensors set the seal to each product, and the heavy-duty frame and Teflon-coated alloy blade keep the sealing uniform at speed. Wrapped packs pass straight into the matched shrink tunnel for a tight, clear finish. It is used for high-volume packing of boxed consumer goods, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, stationery and food products.
