High-speed PLC side sealer with shrink tunnel for continuous wrapping of products of any length, at up to 40 packs a minute.
Overview
A PLC-controlled side sealer and shrink tunnel working as one line. The side sealer seals POF film continuously along the length of the product and cross-seals each pack, so long and variable-length products wrap without changeover, at up to 40 packs a minute. Perforators release trapped air, the Teflon-coated alloy blade seals cleanly, and the matched tunnel shrinks each pack to a tight, clear finish. It suits profiles and mouldings, long boxes, multipacks, books and high-volume consumer goods.
