Manual L Sealer
Hand-operated L sealer that seals and cuts shrink film around the product, for low-volume shrink wrapping with a separate tunnel.
Overview
The operator places the product in centre-folded shrink film and presses the L-shaped sealing frame down by hand; the heated sealing bar seals and cuts the film on two sides in one action, and the wrapped product is then guided into a shrink tunnel. Simple, robust and low-cost, it suits start-ups, retailers and small workshops, with an average output of 400 to 500 packs an hour depending on the operator and product. Any sealing size can be made to order.
