Semi Automatic L Sealer
Semi-automatic L sealer that seals and cuts POF film and transfers each pack onto the shrink tunnel conveyor automatically.
Overview
The operator places the product in the film and brings down the sealing frame; once the L-bar has sealed and cut the POF film, the pack is transferred automatically onto the shrink tunnel conveyor, leaving the operator free to load the next product. An integrated safety mechanism keeps the sealing blade secure in its insulated bracket. It is a step up from a manual L sealer for small and medium producers packing boxes, books, cosmetics, toys and food items, and the electricals and pneumatics can be configured to the customer's requirement.
