Fully Automatic Strapping Machine
Arch-type automatic strapping machine that feeds, tensions, seals and cuts PP strap around each carton at the touch of a button.
Overview
The carton is placed under the arch and the cycle started; the machine shoots the strap around the arch, pulls it tight, heat-seals and cuts it, and is ready for the next strap almost immediately. Taking 8 to 15 mm PP strap, it straps cartons at a pace no semi-automatic machine can match, and the mechanical tension control is adjusted from outside the machine without opening it. It is used in bulk production and dispatch for FMCG, pharmaceuticals, food, e-commerce and printing, standalone or in line with a conveyor.
