Unmanned automatic strapping line that conveys, straps, turns and straps each carton again with no operator, at up to 18 straps a minute.
Overview
Cartons arrive on the powered roller conveyor, are positioned under the arch and strapped automatically, then turned through 90 degrees and strapped again, giving two straps each way with no operator involved. The strapping head feeds strap automatically, an electronic tension arm sets the tension between 7 and 70 kg, and an automatic strap ejector clears short feeds so the line keeps running. Built for high-volume end-of-line packing in FMCG, beverages, pharmaceuticals, e-commerce and logistics, it takes 8, 9 or 12 mm strap and runs on single- or three-phase supply.
