Semi-automatic box strapping machine that tensions, heat-seals and cuts PP strap around cartons in about 1.5 seconds per strap.
Overview
The operator passes the strap around the carton and pushes its end into the strapping head; the machine pulls it to the set tension, heat-seals the joint, cuts it and feeds out the next length automatically, all in about 1.5 seconds. It takes 8 to 15 mm PP strap and handles cartons, wooden cases, parcels and bundles of any size, since there is no arch to limit the package. Five builds are available, made in China or Taiwan and differing in tabletop and body gauge, motor and weight, and every model comes as a high- or low-table machine. It is the standard strapping machine for warehouses, dispatch, e-commerce and manufacturing units.
