Heavy-duty arch strapping machine for continuous carton and bundle strapping, with electronic tension control and automatic strap feeding.
Overview
Built for lines that strap all shift long. The arch feeds the PP strap around the package automatically, tensions it with electronic tension control, heat-welds the joint and cuts it, then refeeds itself for the next cycle. A short-feed sensor, automatic re-feed and strap-end ejector keep it running without the operator clearing jams, and the lubrication-free strapping head needs little routine maintenance. Cycles can be started in several ways, so it works as a standalone station or inside a conveyor line.

- 8, 9 or 12 mm PP strap

Options: smoke exhaust with carbon filter, emergency stop, PU castors.
Tension up to 70 kg on request.
