Mobile pallet strapper that wheels up to the load, feeds strap under the pallet and tensions and seals it at the press of a button.
Overview
Wheel the machine up to the pallet, slide the strap guide under the deck and the strap is fed through to the far side. The operator brings the strap over the load, inserts it, and the machine pulls tension, heat-seals and cuts it automatically. Being mobile, it straps pallets where they stand in the warehouse or at the dock, without a fixed arch or a forklift trip, and the strap guide length can be made to suit your pallet size.

- Up to 70 kg strap tension
- 12–15 mm PP strap, PET optional
- Heat sealing with PLC control
