Skin packaging machine that vacuum-seals products under clear film onto a printed card, for tools, hardware, electronics and stationery.
Overview
The product is laid on a printed, perforated card on the machine bed. A sheet of PVC or Surlyn film is heated, lowered over it and drawn down by vacuum, bonding to the card and moulding tightly around the product, with no moulds or tooling needed. The result is a clear, tamper-evident display pack that holds the product firmly and hangs or stacks on a retail shelf. Heating, vacuum and sealing run automatically in one cycle at 2 to 3 cycles a minute, and the large sealing area takes several products per sheet. It suits hardware and tools, auto parts, electronic accessories, stationery and toys.
