Thermoforming Skin Vacuum Packing Machine
Fully automatic thermoforming line that forms trays from roll film, vacuum skin packs the product, then seals and cuts the finished packs.
Overview
The machine forms its own trays. The bottom film is heated and drawn into moulds, product is placed into the formed cavities, and the top skin film is heated and drawn down over it under vacuum, then sealed and cut into finished packs. Only the two film rolls need loading, so there is no tray stock to buy or store, and output reaches about 300 cycles an hour with several packs per cycle. Built in food-grade 304 stainless steel and aluminium alloy, it is the high-volume solution for meat, sausage, seafood, cheese and ready-meal producers, and can also run vacuum with gas flushing.
