Overview

A continuous stream of tiny ink droplets is charged and deflected onto the product as it passes the print head, so codes are printed without touching the surface, on curved, uneven and irregular products as easily as flat ones. Fast-drying solvent inks mark glass, metal, plastic, film, cables and cartons, which makes it the standard coder for date, batch, expiry and MRP coding on beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical, food, cable and FMCG lines. The print head mounts beside the conveyor and prints at full production speed.
