Round Bottle Labelling Machine (Roller Type)
Automatic round bottle labeller with a roller wrapping station, for full or part wrap-around labels on bottles 40 to 120 mm in diameter.
Overview
Bottles enter on the conveyor and are turned between rollers at the labelling station while the stepper-driven head dispenses a self-adhesive label, wrapping it smoothly round the bottle without bubbles or wrinkles. It handles round bottles from 40 to 120 mm in diameter at 20 to 30 bottles a minute with ±1 mm accuracy, and a touch screen sets the label length and speed. It is used for cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, beverages, edible oils and chemicals.
