Overview
Thermal inkjet fires ink from a disposable cartridge using tiny heating elements, producing crisp, high-resolution print close to label quality. Mounted over or beside the conveyor, it codes dates, batch numbers, MRP, logos, barcodes and QR codes on cartons, pouches, labels, paper and film as they pass. Every cartridge carries a fresh print head, so there is no solvent, no make-up fluid and almost no maintenance, which makes it an easy choice for pharmaceutical, food and FMCG packers.
