Round Bottle Labelling Machine (Belt Type)
Automatic round bottle labeller with a sponge belt that rolls each bottle as the label goes on, for full or part wrap-around labels.
Overview
Bottles travel on the conveyor and a sensor detects each one; the stepper-driven label head dispenses a self-adhesive label, and a soft sponge belt rolls the bottle against it so the label wraps on without bubbles or wrinkles. It applies full-wrap or part-wrap labels at 20 to 30 bottles a minute with ±1 mm accuracy on round bottles 40 to 100 mm in diameter, set up from a touch screen. It is used for cosmetics, beverages, pharmaceuticals, edible oils and household products.
