Semi-Automatic Labelling Machine
Motorised round-bottle labeller that wraps a self-adhesive label straight and wrinkle-free in one turn, for small batches and growing product lines.
Overview
The operator places the bottle on the rollers and lowers the pressing arm; the motor turns the bottle, the label peels from its liner and wraps around it in a single turn, and a label sensor stops the roll at the gap so every label is dispensed and positioned the same way. It labels round bottles, jars and tubes for cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, food, essential oils and home-care products, and changes between sizes by adjusting the rollers and guide rather than swapping parts. A compact, low-cost step up from hand labelling before moving to a fully automatic labeller.
