Automatic inline piston paste filler with 2 to 8 heads, PLC touch-screen control and conveyor, for sauces, pastes, batters and creams.
Overview
Containers run in on the conveyor, are stopped under the filling heads and filled together by pneumatic pistons, then released as the next set arrives. PLC and touch-screen control set the fill volume, timing and head count, and the heads handle semi-fluid and thick products of different viscosities, such as sauces, ketchup, batters, pastes, creams and gels, holding fills to within 1% on small volumes and 0.5% on larger ones. Models from 2 to 8 heads cover fill ranges up to 5 litres, in volumetric or servo-driven versions built in SS 304.
