Two-nozzle pneumatic piston paste filler that fills two containers per stroke, doubling output on creams, sauces and pastes.
Overview
Two pistons work side by side, each filling its own container from the shared hopper, so every stroke fills two bottles or jars and output doubles without a second machine. Fill volume is set with the cylinder sensors, from 50–500 ml up to 200–2000 ml across three sizes, and the machine runs from a foot pedal or in automatic mode. Built in SS 304 for cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, food pastes, sauces and honey, it needs only a compressed air supply.
