Pneumatic piston paste filler with a motorised mixing hopper that keeps thick and particulate products uniform while filling.
Overview
A pneumatic piston draws a set volume of product from the hopper and pushes it out through the nozzle, giving the same fill every cycle, while a heavy-duty AC motor turns a stirrer in the hopper so sauces with particles, pastes, creams, ghee and batters stay evenly mixed and do not separate. Fill volume from 100 to 1000 ml is set on the cylinder sensor, and the machine runs in manual or automatic mode at 600 to 900 fills an hour. It is built in SS 304, with a single or double nozzle, and needs a compressed air supply.
