Single-nozzle pneumatic piston filler for creams, pastes, sauces and gels, from 5 ml to 2 litres per fill.
Overview
The pneumatic piston draws product from the hopper and dispenses a precise volume through the nozzle on every cycle, triggered by the foot pedal or running continuously in automatic mode. Fill volume is set with the cylinder sensor, and five sizes cover 5–50 ml up to 200–2000 ml, for cosmetic creams, lotions, ointments, toothpaste, sauces, jams, ghee, honey and gels. Built in SS 304, it needs only a compressed air supply and fills 600 to 900 containers an hour.
