Desktop gear pump filler with a built-in conveyor that doses oils, sauces, shampoos, honey and other liquids accurately into bottles and jars.
Overview
A motor-driven gear pump meters each fill by volume, so the same machine handles thin liquids and thicker products such as oils, syrups, sauces, honey, shampoo, lotion and liquid soap. Bottles travel along the built-in conveyor, stop under the nozzle, are filled and move on, with fill volume and speed set on the control panel. The 30-litre hopper and stainless contact parts suit food, cosmetic and chemical products, and the compact desktop frame fits small production rooms.
