Automatic inline piston liquid filler with 2 to 8 heads, conveyor and PLC touch screen, for oils, beverages, chemicals and personal care liquids.
Overview
Bottles enter on the conveyor, are stopped under the nozzles and filled together by pneumatic pistons, then released as the next set indexes in. PLC and touch-screen control set the volume and timing, keeping fills within 1% on small volumes and 0.5% on larger ones. It fills liquids and semi-liquids such as edible oils, juices, syrups, shampoos, hand wash, sanitisers, lubricants and chemicals, with 2 to 8 heads and fill ranges up to 5 litres, in volumetric or servo-driven versions built in SS 304.
