Double Nozzle Table Top Liquid Filling Machine
Two-nozzle pneumatic piston filler for free-flowing liquids, filling two bottles per stroke from 50 ml to 2 litres.
Overview
Two pistons fill two containers at once, doubling the output of a single-nozzle filler on thin and free-flowing liquids such as oils, juices, syrups, shampoos, sanitisers, chemicals and pesticides. Fill volume is set with the cylinder sensors, the machine runs from a foot pedal or automatically, and three sizes cover 50–500 ml up to 200–2000 ml. Built in SS 304, it needs only a compressed air supply and runs 600 to 900 cycles an hour.
