Single-nozzle pneumatic piston liquid filler for oils, juices, shampoos, sanitisers and chemicals, from 5 ml to 2 litres.
Overview
A pneumatic piston draws a set volume of liquid and dispenses it through the nozzle on each cycle, giving consistent fills on free-flowing and slightly viscous liquids. Fill volume is set on the cylinder sensor, the machine runs from a foot pedal or in automatic mode, and five sizes cover 5–50 ml up to 200–2000 ml. Built in SS 304 for food, cosmetic, pharmaceutical and chemical products, it needs only a compressed air supply and fills 600 to 900 containers an hour.
