Continuous band sealer with a broad 250 mm conveyor, for wider and heavier pouches up to 5 kg that need support while sealing.
Overview
The same continuous band sealing and embossing system as the standard machine, mounted on a broad 250 mm platform conveyor that supports wider pouches and heavier packs up to 5 kg as they are sealed, so they do not sag and strain the seal. Pouches are sealed continuously with a clean 12 mm seal and embossed batch or date coding, driven by a heavy-duty motor with a separate gearbox for long running life. It suits rice, flour, pulses, pet food, seeds and bulk snacks, and is available in horizontal and vertical versions.
