Vertical Continuous Band Sealer
Vertical continuous band sealer for standing bags of 5 to 10 kg, sealing them on the move with embossed batch coding.
Overview
Heavier bags stand upright on the conveyor while their tops are carried through the vertical sealing head, so 5 to 10 kg packs of rice, flour, sugar, pulses, pet food and fertiliser are sealed without being lifted or tipped. The sealing head height adjusts to the bag, Teflon bands give a strong 12 mm seal, and an embossing wheel prints the batch and date into it. A heavy-duty 120 W AC conveyor motor carries loads up to 20 kg.
