Foot pedal impulse sealer that seals polythene, PP, laminated and foil bags with both hands free, in 350 to 800 mm sealing lengths.
Overview
The operator rests the bag on the height-adjustable shelf and presses the pedal; the jaws close and a pulse of heat seals the bag in 0.2 to 2 seconds, leaving both hands free to position the pack. Because the element heats only during the seal, it uses little power and is safe to work beside all day. It seals polythene, PP, LD, polyester, aluminium foil and multi-layer laminated bags with strong aluminium jaws, in four sealing lengths from 350 to 800 mm, for food, spice, tea, pharmaceutical and hardware packers.
