High-output POF shrink tunnel with controllable air flow and heat, for a clean, wrinkle-free, tamper-evident finish at production speed.
Overview
Both the air flow and the heating inside the tunnel can be controlled, so the shrink can be tuned to the film and the product: the difference between a smooth, wrinkle-free retail pack and one with dog-ears and burn holes. Built for high-production lines behind an automatic L sealer or side sealer, it gives POF-wrapped products a clean, tamper-evident finish that keeps out moisture and lifts shelf appeal. Two tunnel sizes are standard, and custom sizes are made to order in mild steel or stainless steel.
