Long, high-capacity PE/POF shrink tunnel for heavy matrix bundles of bottles and cans, tiles, flooring and boxed goods up to 100 kg.
Overview
A longer heating zone and three blower motors give this tunnel the dwell time and airflow to shrink PE and POF film over heavy, dense loads: bottled water and beer cans packed in matrix form, infusion and pesticide bottles, tiles, wooden flooring, wallpaper, tape and boxed electronics. Packs travel on a heavy-duty conveyor rated to 100 kg, with tunnel temperature and conveyor speed set to suit the film gauge. Built to order in mild steel or stainless steel, it is the end-of-line tunnel for high-output bundling lines, and any other size can be delivered in 15 to 20 days.
