Hot-air shrink tunnel that shrinks PVC or POF film tight around cups, tubs, boxes and multipacks once they have been wrapped and sealed.
Overview
The product, already wrapped and sealed in PVC or POF shrink film, rides through the tunnel on the conveyor while blowers circulate hot air evenly around it, shrinking the film into a tight, clear, tamper-evident wrap. Tunnel temperature and conveyor speed are set independently, so the same tunnel handles thin POF on light retail packs and heavier PVC on bundles. It pairs with a manual, semi-automatic or automatic L sealer and is used for instant noodle cups and bowls, yoghurt and milk tea cups, cosmetics, toothpaste, batteries, stationery, disposable tableware and multipacks. Four tunnel sizes cover everything from small retail items to wide bundles.
