Bottles/Carton PE Heat Film Shrink Wrapping Machine
Heavy-duty PE film shrink tunnel for bottle and can bundles and cartons, with twin blowers that shrink thick PE film evenly at line speed.
Overview
PE film needs more heat and more air than POF, and this tunnel is built for it. Twin blower motors and stainless steel heating elements push a high volume of hot air through every section of the chamber, so thick PE film shrinks evenly around bottle and can bundles, cartons and trays without cold spots or burn-through. It runs behind a web sealer or sleeve wrapper on beverage, dairy, edible oil and chemical lines, continuously at conveyor speeds up to 15 m/min. The body is fabricated in mild steel or any grade of stainless steel on CNC cutting and bending, and the blower and conveyor run on branded AC motors.

The machine can be fabricated from mild steel (MS) or any grade of stainless steel (SS) using precision CNC cutting and bending. It is equipped entirely with branded electrical components, including high-reliability AC motors for both the blower and conveyor systems.
