POF Film Shrink Tunnel
Internal-circulation shrink tunnel for POF and PVC film, giving a clear, tight, moisture-proof wrap on retail products and boxes.
Overview
Hot air is recirculated inside the chamber instead of being blown through and lost, so the tunnel comes up to temperature quickly and holds it evenly along the heating zone. Products wrapped in POF or PVC film pass through on the conveyor and come out with a tight, glass-clear finish that keeps out dust and moisture and shows any tampering. It suits boxed goods, books and stationery, cosmetics, food trays, hardware and pharmaceutical cartons, and is usually paired with an automatic L sealer or side sealer. Three tunnel sizes are standard, and any other size can be fabricated.
