Shrink tunnel for PVC and PET sleeve labels on bottles, cans and jars, shrinking neck bands and full-body sleeves evenly to the container.
Overview
Shrink sleeve labels and neck bands are slipped over the container, which is then carried through the tunnel, where directed hot air shrinks the sleeve tight to the container's shape, whether the label sits at the neck, the middle or the base, or covers the whole bottle. It handles glass and plastic bottles, cans, jars and paper cups on beverage, dairy, pharmaceutical, cosmetic and household chemical lines. Three models differ in tunnel length and conveyor; the B model has the longest tunnel and a stainless steel conveyor. Machines can also be built around a specific container and line speed.
