Rotary Shrink Tunnel Machine
Two-zone rotary shrink tunnel that spins PET jars and bottles as they travel, so neck bands and labels shrink evenly all the way round.
Overview
Each jar or bottle is turned by a chain-and-sprocket rotary mechanism as it moves through two heating zones, each with its own temperature controller, so every side faces the hot air and neck bands, cap seals and labels shrink evenly around the full circumference. Built for PET jars and bottles in food, confectionery, pharmaceutical and personal care lines, it comes in single- and double-track versions 15 to 20 feet long to raise output, on an SS slat chain conveyor. The tunnel can be made in mild steel or stainless steel, in round or capsule form, to suit the container and the speed required.
